This is a really nice jazz bass that I put a lot of time and thought into. If you like fat, old school, passive jbasses you should consider this.

I would part out. The loaded body is $225 and the loaded neck is $250.

The body is maple? That seems odd for a fender. Isn't that a bright-sounding tonewood? What's the weight on that beauty.
