FS/FT Peavey Foundation Bass W/Contour Case $175

Sign in to disble this ad
Peavey Foundation bass for sale or trade with the original Contour Case.

It's decent bass but I can't get the neck flat enough. It seems to bow too much right where the neck connects to the body. I have tried adjusting the truss rod but can't get the bow out of it. Time to turn it over to somebody else to try.

The paint has some scratches on the front and back. No chips in the body or major dings. The tuner for the G string is bent slightly. It works fine but the part that you grab to turn the tuner is bent slightly over. It's also missing the truss rod cover.

Electronics work good and it has a great tone to it. Just a very small amount of scratching in the tone pot.

$175 shipped CONUS or $150 if you can pick it up. I would be interested in trading it for effects, an amp, or a bass cab as well. Hit me up with what you have and maybe we can work something out. I will seperate the case and the bass if the right deal comes along.

Bump, I would be willing to part this out as well. If you're interested let me know.

I did. The thing actually plays pretty decent but because of the way it bends right after the neck leaves the body the strings fret out around the 15th fret. If I tilt the neck it helps but it's still there.

Wow, that's a great deal if someone can straighten the neck out.

Bump, Fix this neck or find yourself a new one and you'll have a sweet sounding bass. I'll trade this thing off as well.
