FS/FT Peavey TL-6

After a long deliberation, I have decided to sell my beloved Peavey TL-6. This was my main gigging bass for many years and has one of the best sounds of any bass I have ever heard or played. I'm selling because I have never really used the B or C strings and I find the wide neck increasingly difficult to play due to nerve damage I sustained while in the military. There are a few nicks and dings, shown in the photos, and I get a slight buzz when the master volume is between 8-10 when the treble knob is all the way up. Fresh D'Addario strings, played only 3 or 4 times. the battery cover is long gone, but the battery stays in nice and snug. This bass is well played, not mint, but far from abused. I have listed every problem that I can think of. Not sure what it is worth, asking $700 shipped to CONUS in a gigbag, or $750 with HSC, OBO. Paypal only. Would consider trade for active basses, i.e. Carvin 4 string, Lakland 4, Fender, etc make an offer.

Does it have a battery case? I know you said a four, but I am tempted to offer my YsmahaTRB5II in a trade.

Wow... I can't believe that I'm sitting here considering parting with my 44-02. This thing is AWESOME and will make someone VERY happy! I LOVE my TL5 and kinda feel like I NEED this :-) I'll be in touch if I don't come to my senses.

The battery case is there, and I have the little cover plate. The part of the cover plate that you pull back to remove it broke off. You can still use it but have to use a knife or little standard screw driver to remove it. The battery fits snug, so I just leave it off.
