FS/FT: Raines 6-String Versabass

I got this fella in a trade a couple months back and it hangs on my wall having been played only a few times. I just found my hands were too dainty to handle the neck. This bass looks excellent - near mint I dare say. Comes with gig bag.

The Raines Versabass Series feature a superfast neck with 34" scale. The 6 string has a cozy 2" nut so you can thump, slap, tap and walk all night without fatigue. All maple body with rosewood fretboard and abalone diamond inlay. Thes electronics are passive yet allow a full spectrum of tonal possibilities! Tobacco finish, bolt on neck, contoured heel.

$450 $400 shipped, or trade towards an Ampeg SVT-4.

Pic, more available upon request: http://i1269.photobucket.com/albums/...e/IMG_9771.jpg

Price drop: $450 now $400

What's the string spacing at the bridge? Could we meet in person to check it out?

I don't have a metric ruler, but it is 5/8" which should be 16mm. Definitely down to meet in person if you want to check it out. PM me!

Bump, with one caveat - I did notice a finish nick near the pickup. Otherwise, excellent shape.
