FS/FT Rare 1990 Ibanez RD727 4-String Bass Guitar Made in Japan

1990 Ibanez RD727 4-String "PJ-Style" Bass Guitar. This was one of the fancier models with the sharks tooth inlays as opposed to just dots.Serial No. F001143. Made in Japan. Pewter gray metallic oem paint, Black Gotoh tuners, EMG Active "P Bass" Pickups at the neck and a Seymour Duncan Active "J Bass" Adjustable Pickup at the bridge, added by previous owner, Wilkinson bridge, V-Style strap "locks".

A little research showed the manufacture date and that this was made in the Fujigen factory. . This bass is in excellent condition and sound phenominal. Neck is straight and bass has just been set up.. A couple of wear marks, one scratch (see photo) about 1/2" near top horn. Black anodize is wearing off neck attachment plate. I added fresh batteries. This is a rather hard to find bass, especially in this condition. Includes hardshell case.

The pickups (at least the seymour duncan isn't) aren't stock. I have seen these come with EMGs, though
