FS/FT - RARE DARGIE DELIGHT MUSIC MAN 4H

S O L D !! S O L D !!

I just got this bass in a trade last week and got to play it at my gigs over the weekend. AWESOME BASS! Looks, Sounds, and Plays Fabulously! The weight is fantastic at about 9 lbs and there are no issues at all wth the bass. As I understand it was originally ordered by resident MM nut (I mean that VERY affectionately Jack !!! ) bovinehost and has been in the hands of some serious MM addicts over the last couple of years and I have heard them all say great things about this bass and I completely agree on all counts. The sound is VERY even across the neck with a PERFECT G STRING and no real dead spots as far as I can tell. Unfortunately, I got infatuated with a Natural SR4 on closeout at GC and HAD to have it (cured my Paul Spencer Denman tone addiction!!) so this one will have to go as it is just too redundant. These were a limited run done in 2007 and this is one of ONLY 25 SR4 Hs built. The rosewood neck is amazing and the tone is pure Stingray. All my bandmates loved it when I took it out of the case and I got raves about the tone when I played it for the first set. I put on a new set of Sadowsky Blue nickels right out of the case and will include them in the sale along with a nice strap and a set of black Dunlops that were on her when I got her. I am looking to get $1400 Cash SHIPPED in the 30th Anniversary StingRay case she came in to the lower 48 but will consider international shipping as long as you pay all fees. I would prefer a Postal Money Order or Bank Check as Payment as I am just TIRED of paying Paypal for absolutely nothing...

I would prefer an outright cash sale but would consider a partial trade plus cash for:

Thunderfunk TFB550 B with Switch
Thunderfunk TFB750 A
TC Electronic RH450
TC Electronic Staccato '51

I might be interested in other amps and you can bring all offers but please limit them to similar items ONLY...I am not really looking for anything other than amps right now. Thanks for looking and God Bless!

I will have some pics up soon!

Peace,

T

OOOOOOOOHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

There's days where I think.....Why did I look at the classifieds?

I'd love to have one of these! Bump for a bass that would be coming to Texas if I had the cash!

Wow! You are awesome Josh! pics courtesy of Josh guys!

Yes this has Martini glass inlays.... Super cool and are perfect for the vibe of the bass. She is really sweet and plays like a dream. I kind of wish I could keep her but I just got my SR5 and a Natural SR4 and I can't keep them all.

Peace,

T

Don't sell it man! I sold my first DD SR4 and immediately regretted it. Took two years to find me another. They just look killer onstage, and get lots of compliments when the lights hit em.

If you can swing it, you should hold on to your Dargie. I believe there were only 25 DD Stingray H made, and I am not sure how many did not have the matching headstocks. I will never sell my DD SR4HH or DD Bongo 4HH.

Wish I could keep it! It is a great bass but I do not collect them anymore because I just do not have the space since my divorce. I am playing my Natural SR4 all the time as well so it is just redundant for me. I also want one of the new Vintage Reissue SR4s and this needs to go to help fund that to...

Peace,

T

Mate, it's a beauty and the price is more than fair. If I sell my Infinity Custom Shop count with my purchase, otherwise no cash as I guess is the common problem for the most part of us.
