FS/FT REALLY EARLY Pedulla MVP 4

Sign in to disble this ad
Got this bass in a trade...and as usual on the fence about is this going to one of my keeper basses or do I want to sell....ah GAS.... This is the third MVP I have had over the years (One was a buzz which I am still kicking myself for selling) and I'd say of the fretted ones I have played I like one the best...
I don't know much about the history of this bass, it plays really well and has a rich robust tone, and responds excellently slap pop work...its a really nice contrast to my PJ set up spectors... the bass may have been refined at somepoint- it is a very nice job if so
bass comes with non orginal case.

I'm asking $1000 but am negotiable
as far as trades:
Lakland 5502
Rickenbacker 4003
MVP Buzz ( I really liked the fretless)
Euro Spector 4(only really into the natural ones)
others? I like unique botiquey types stuff..open minded there

I think he's meaning "refinished" ... still looks killer!

Couldn't see from the pics ... does it still have the Pedulla name on the peg head?

sorry guys yep-refininsihed it looks like a light laqure of somekind I would guess that it is a refinish. But I have seen some other really early pedullas that look like this so don't know for sure...
Its nice and light weight 8-9lbs...(my scale isn't the best from my 260 standing on it!). It does still have the pedulla decal on the HS- though it is faded.
All in all its a cool little bass.

they have some wear in the first position, however I sent the bass to a neck guy in SC and he did a polish and level on it and declared it good for another 200,000 miles.
