FS/FT Rickenbacker 3001
1976 Rickenbacker 3001 bass, 34"scale, matte finish mapleGlo with the amount of wear and tear you expect on a bar gigged 37 year old bass. Kinda heavy, I don't have a scale but I would guess between 10-10.5 lbs. It's all here except the mute is missing (I have new, in package aftermarket bridge/tailpiece with mute assembly I'll throw in) and the pickguard has a crack in it.
This thing sounds amazing, like a cross between a P-bass and a 4001/3, but I can't get past how fugly it is and not to mention the fact that I have so many other basses that this one never leaves it's (included) SKB HSC.
Asking $1100 shipped to the CONUS (absolutely NO overseas).
Trades I would entertain (some obviously with $ from me):
Current Rick 4003 '08 to present, any finish but MG
Hamer 8 or 12 string short scale basses
Trades I would consider with $ from you:
Orville by Gibson T-Bird in white with chrome pups and hardware
Fender road worn Jazz in sunburst
Fender Jazz in Burgundy Mist with matching headstock
Kramer metal neck something or other.
Moog Minitaur bass synth module
...or if you have something interesting, hit me up.
Thanks for looking!
