FS/FT Rickenbacker 4004L 4-2-5 w/ Maple board & other items

Sign in to disble this ad
I was told I'd get more parting my Rickenbacker bass out, but my luthier did such a great job with the Schaller bridge and Audere JZ3, and anyone who wanted a BEADG 5-string Ric will have an incredible sounding (can do drop-A no problem) 5-string with 17mm spacing.

RICKENBACKER 4004L WITH 5-STRING NUT AND MAPLE FRETBOARD - SOLD

SCHALLER BLACK 5-STRING BRIDGE 17mm - SOLD

SCHALLER BLACK M4 TUNERS - SOLD

RICKENBACKER HB PICKUPS - SOLD

CUSTOM 5-POLE TOASTER STYLE PICKUP 6.7K MADE BY SERGIO FROM PORTUGAL - SOLD

CUSTOM 5-POLE VINTAGE STYLE HIGH GAIN PICKUP 5.1K WITH AN EXTRA MAGNET TO MAKE IT MORE POWERFUL MADE BY SERGIO FROM PORTUGAL - SOLD

AUDERE JZ3 - SOLD

Other items FS/FT

USA MADE AMPEG SVT 4 PRO MINT CONDITION - SOLD

FENDER STRATOCASTER ERIC CLAPTON CUSTOM SHOP ANTIGUA - $4999
My dad has this in Tampa and it is currently in a glass case at Legends Guitar Shop. Mint condition. There were only 100 of these made.

FERNANDES GRAVITY 5 DELUXE (ROB TRUJILLO METALLICA BASS) WITH BLACK LEO QUAN BADASS V BRIDGE - $799 with Fernandes active preamp
This bass currently has an Audere Classic 4 band preamp installed and is set up for sub-contra (does F# better than a Warwick Dark Lord) with brand new Warwick Black Label Stainless Steel strings, but can easily be taken back to BEADG as the nut is in perfect shape and the BadAss V bridge has 2 separate holes for each string so only 1 of the holes on low string was widened for the .175 and does not affect the hole that is usually used for the low-B string. I'm willing to part this bass out as well, so if you are interested in the BadAss V bridge or the EMG pickups let me know.

AUDERE CLASSIC 4 BAND PREAMP WITH BLACK KNOBS - $159.
This is currently installed in the Fernandes and really makes it sound even more awesome. It will make any bass sound like a high-end boutique bass.

MIDNIGHT BLUE (DISCONTINUED COLOR) MIM FENDER JAZZ BASS BODY WITH WHITE PICKGUARD AND CHROME LEO QUAN BADASS II BASS BRIDGE - $169($99 if I take BadAss II off)

THE SYLE UMIOM DISTROTION PEDAL (VERSATILE, $250 retail) - $79

GGG BOARD BIG MUFF DISTORTION PEDAL - $59

DIGITECH BASS SYNTH WAH - $39

VILLEX JAZZ BASS PICKUPS ($210 retail) - $99

JJ HELMS CUSTOM HAND WOUND 1975 SPEC JAZZ BASS PICKUPS (basically the same thing as Frailin, neck pickup needs to be rewound) - $49

FENDER CUSTOM SHOP JAZZ BASS NECK PICKUP - $49

BASSON B410B 1000W CABINET - $549 (pickup only, will not ship)

All these prices include US shipping. Feel free to make me an offer, worst I can do is say NO.

I am open to trades for the following items:
-Vintage-style 4-string Jazz Bass or really nice Maple/Rosewood Jazz Bass neck
-ProTools set-up
-Power amp head, think Crown 4000
-Good woods for a custom bass (mahogany, ebony, purpleheart, padouk, bubinga)
-Morley Bass Wah or Power Wah, or if you have an even better wah I'm open to it
-Aguilar AGRO (I just having a feeling it's better than my GGG Big Muff)

I'm attaching 2 pics of the Ric and can post pics for any of the other items.

Got some pictures of the Ampeg and the Jazz Bass body with Bad Ass II bridge. I'm also dropping the price on the Ampeg to $700 plus the actual cost of Fed Ex shipping. I plan to list the Ampeg on eBay next week if it doesn't sell here and may list the Jazz Bass body and Bad Ass II bridge as well. Bad Ass II bridge has notches for the strings. I actually saw one just like it go for over $90 with shipping on eBay, so I know I could get good money for it on eBay if I took it off the body and sold it as is. I think I could get $100+ for the body on eBay as well, because I saw the same body without a pickguard go for around $90, and he didn't even list it right.

PRICE DROPS and new info

The Ampeg is USA made and is now on eBay because I've been seeing many of them go for $700+, and it is in MINT CONDITION, so act now before it's gone. Probably will put up the BadAssII and Jazz Bass body in separate auctions next week, so if you want them together, let me know.

Also, there is now an option for custom made pickups made by Sergio from Portugal that are currently installed in the Rickenbacker. And of course if someone is interested in any of the Rickenbacker pickups for their own projects, let me know. I'm willing to sell anything separately.

I have reflected all the new prices, items, and information in the original post. Don't be afraid to make me a cash offer below what I'm asking, the worst thing I can say is NO. And if you feel anything I'm asking is out of line, let me know a I might lower the price. I don't use most of this stuff, so it's not like I'm particularly attached to any of it. I'd even sell my customized vintage-style Ric 4003 for the right price (not that it's likely anybody is going to offer me $2000+ in this economy), and that's my main bass.

I sold the Ampeg SVT 4 Pro, so now I am offering my Basson B410B for sale since I don't have anything to power it with. Of course this is a pickup only. This is hands down the best 410 cabinet, but since my PJB Flightcase covers any gig I have done thus far, it's much more than I need. Asking $549.

I'm adding either a vintage-style 4-string Jazz Bass or really nice Maple/Rosewood Jazz Bass neck to the list of items I'm willing to trade for.

The Rickenbacker is sold. I'm closing this thread and listing a new one for all the other items I am looking to sell/trade.
