FS/FT Rickenbacker copy mapleglo maple neck peal inlays (looks like a real one)

Sign in to disble this ad
up for grabs is a really really good copy of an actual rickenbacker only thing that separates it to me is the bolt on neck thats about it, has both inputs maybe even same pickups sounds stellar. got this in a trade awhile back, good bass but im just looking for something different. i believe its an ash body, maple neck peal inlays. to me has a great tone. has roundwound strings on her, might be rotosounds im not sure. its in excellent condition, just one small ding thats shown in the pictures. oh yah also comes with a gig bag.

now im looking to sell the bass, 550-600 shipped obo

what im looking for in trades:
Ernieball stingray/sterling/bongo etc
G&L's i.e l2000 sb-2, jb2, l1000 etc etc
Warwick bass's
Spector bass's
Gibson bass's
Fender's i.e p bass j bass, p/j bass, vintage ones too etc

like i said ill add cash appropriately for the right deals

basically ill look at any offer, worst i can do is just not be interested. open to anything really.

pictures:

Talking

My old high school had one just like this bass from what I remember. Is the company "Electra" that made it?? It is a cool bass. Note sure what it's worth tho?

For what it's worth the name plate is a repro. I'm not sure but I think the guy that I bought it from made it up. If I can find his number I will see if he remembers if there was a name on the original TR cover. Duff, thanks for taking the photos of you toes off the post. That was just too creapy. If you put new photos up please preview them carefully and crop out anything that looks bad. Maybe have a friend look at it.

He's reposting the post then deleting the previous one. The "thanks boomba" has shown up several times today at different times as the newest post. Same with the one about neck width.

This is a Japanese copy circa 1970's. Sold in Canada under the brand name Northern. Had one with the same config......bolt-on neck. Mine was red sunburst. Better than most entry level basses today.
