FS/FT: Sadowsky NYC Standard 5 Bora Blue Burst w/case and black hardware!

http://sadowsky.com/stock/view/4480.html

I dare you to find another Sadowsky like this one! Get it right away without having to wait a year for build time.

Comes with the Sadowsky case.

The VTC is slick and I used this very bass to record the latest Versed in Grey record that's getting released in a week. It's just that sweet!

Asking $3,700 Free shipping in the United States

This bass is sick. The only reason I'm willing to part with this bass is because I have a Sadowsky Modern 5 calling my name!

I closed the FT Thread and linked the end of it to this one, because I couldn't figure out how to change the title of the thread.

The video is me using the actual bass to record songs for the latest Versed in Grey record called "Asides to my Demons"

My Modern 5 JJ is used during the last few seconds of the video.

Any interest in a trade for either: 1. - '95 Alembic Epic 5 with matching Gold knobs, or
2.- Sadowsky NYC 4 string J bass #3012 Lake Placid Blue – was Tony Shanahan’s bass?

Let me know, thanks.

Does this have the standard 1.875" nut width and 19mm string spacing at the bridge?

I remember this Bass from a Youtube Fear Factory cover. You must be the Devin Townsend lookalike that was playing it.

LOL I was using my black Sadowsky Modern 5 JJ for that one. Lots of people didn't like that video... I only made it, because people I know in various parts of the U.S. asked me how it goes on bass.

I look like Devin? That's cool. He's the man! I do have a full head o hair, though.

He has less hair, but you would be practically twins with the right pair of glasses and beanie.

As for that cover, it made me go out and get Archetype. Which was an odd decision, because I realized that I don't like Fear Factory after I got through listening to the album.

Sorry for the huge delay here. I've been super busy with work and I've been swamped with IMs on this site and other various internet sites due to my business lately.

I'm preparing for a huge CD Release Party in May and doing a showcase at the Marquee Theater with Versed in Grey on May 7th.

I have decided that I'm only interested in other Sadowsky basses at this point.

I would prefer a Modern 5 or a Standard 5 NYC with black hardware and even better if it's a maple fretboard and a black finish with either a black pickguard or a pearloid one. I also prefer either the Sadowsky J pickups or the soapbars.

I'll try to be on more frequently when I can.

Again, I apologize like crazy for being so absent lately. It's just been busy around here!

Thanks,

Gerard
