FS/FT- Sadowsky UV70 5'er

I never thought I would do this, but I have my eye on a couple Fodera's and I can finally snag one, but I need to sell this first so I don't over extend my finances.

This bass is beyond phenominal and just kills in every setting. I have plenty of sound clips I can provide if you want to hear it in context. I can also make you a sound clip if you just want to hear the bass.

No longer looking for a Fodera, but if you have a Gary Willis fretless, jazz style 5'er or anything cool, PM me with your offers.

I am asking $1900 obo for the Sadowsky. I can do Paypal but prefer cashiers check or money order.

The bass is in great condition, 8.5 out of 10 at least. There are a couple little dings or scrapes, but nothing that is really noticable. I can take more pics if you want as well. I do not have the Sadowsky case for it though. I do have a Mono gigbag that I may sell along with the bass if you want, but we can work out those details later.

Please PM me with your offers and I will get back to you ASAP. I need to sell this yesterday so I don't lose the Fodera's I have my eye on.

Thank you. Yes, these things are monsters!!!! I am truly looking around my house for other things to sell so I can keep it. The bass just crushes in EVERY setting I play it in. It will hurt to let it go.. if I do end up letting it go that is.

Great price

These jewels go for 2700, or 2800, I believe. I paid 2200 for mine. To the top with a pic of this beautiful child, oh, and a beautiful grain on this bass. Can you say Tal W. ?

I apologize, I totally forgot to put the weight. It weighs 9.8lbs IIRC. The bass also has the VTC and I think was built in 2008.

This is too funny! That makes a grand total of two fantastic UV70s you've put up for sale/trade when I least expected it! But, seeing how much you've wanted to get another Fodera I'm happy that you're finally able to! Here's hoping you manage to nab one before the DMV GTG .

Anywhoozle, good luck with the sale!

Kwesi, thanks. Yeah... I am really on the fence about getting rid of it. Like I said, I am looking around my house for other things to sell so I can keep this as well. But, with a little luck I will have a Fodera by the time the next GTG happens...

I forgot to add that I am only doing this in the lower 48. Sorry my international friends. Trying to keep this one close in case I can buy it back.

Yes.... I remember. I can't sell this beast. It is just too good.

Update, I was wrong about the weight. It is actually 9.8 lbs.

Yeah, really...what would the babies play?

I don't blame you. I really enjoy the sound of mine in the mix.

Keep it, it makes no sense to sell a bass and you're already planning on trying to buy it back. I know Fodera's are special, but why get rid of special bass you already own to buy one?
