FS/FT- Singlecut Fretless 5

I decided to keep my Rbass and just sell this. Since I have no need for a fretless, I would rather use the funds for something else.

Jake Kot (Kotbasses.com) 5 string singlecut fretless

Asking $1400 obo, trades for 5's or trades plus cash considered.

Lower 48 only please as I don't want to ship international.

35" scale
Ash body
Flamed redwood top
Maple neck, ebony fretboard with purpleheart fretlines
3 Bartolini hum canceling single coil pickups
Hipshot "A" bridge and Hipshot Ultralite Tuners
Weight is approx 7.8 pounds
Very thin and fast neck with a low playing profile.

The bass is currently passive with no preamp installed. The controls are vol, vol, vol, passive tone control. There are two switches that were used as a mid frequency selector and a mute switch. Other knobs were for bass, mid and treble (push/pull). If you want the preamp that came with the bass, I will have to order it for you at a price I will split with you which is dirt cheap.

I have audio clips of this bass as well for those interested.

I hear ya. The preamp issue I can change, but the scale length, I got no control over.
