FS/FT Spector Rebop DLX w/ EMG upgrade

Sign in to disble this ad
SOLD Spector Rebop5 DLX FM natural finish, This bass has made it's way around TB I traded a Fender AM STD Jazz V for it about 6 or 7 months ago from vep63 who put the EMG BQC preamp in it. He got it from NKUSigEp who put the EMG 40P5 and 40JV5 pickups in it. The pre amp was 9v when I got it so I upgraded it to 18 volt. The carved body is maple flamed on the front and back. It has some light buckle scratches on the back (I tried to capture it in the pics) Graphite re-inforced 3 piece Maple neck with 24 fret rosewood fingerboard and mother of pearl inlays. 35" scale, 17mm string spacing, 1.56" nut width, the action is SUPER low and the b string is nice and tight (there is a little ding in the back of the neck you can see in the pic). It's about 8.5 lbs and comes with black hardware, Dunlop straplock buttons, bridge allen, preamp manual and a plain jane hard shell case.

I'd like to get $800 shipped in cont US. I'm looking to switch back to 4 string so I'd be interested in trades for 4 strings with P/J combos and Jazz necks, ESP Vintage Four, Fender Deluxe P Bass, Aerodyne, a black Reggie Hamilton (I'm not a sunburst fan) or maybe even Fender Active Deluxe PBass Special trades.

I want this really bad, but unfortuantely I need an upright (and a sixer) more immediately... If I had the money this would be mine.

If this was any other color, I would buy it. Alas, I already have a Natural Oil Euro4LX and just don't want another Natural Oil. Good luck on selling though.
