FS/FT: Stambaugh 5 Fretless SCNT

Sign in to disble this ad
getting this going again, looking for sale or trade.

5 String Fretless Single-Cut Neck-Through, Bubinga top, Bartolini pickups and electronics. This is a great instrument that I've really enjoyed playing, it's really got a lot of mwah!
From the original for sale post:
Stambaugh SCNT 35” scale fretless 5 w HSC case.
Bartolini X pickups. Bridge pickup has a 3-way switch on it. Makes a huge difference.
Those also mounted as close to bridge as possible, which also makes a huge difference.
Bartolini NTMB preamp 18volt with 3 position mid switch.
Figured bubinga top.
African mahogany body. Great resonating wood.
Maple neck with purple heart stringers.
Magasser ebony fingerboard
Hipshot (ABM?) bridge and tuners
Dark maple fretlines

This bass is in mint condition, comes with HSC. I'm looking mainly to sell, $1400(price drop!) plus actual shipping
Open to trades, hit me with your offers, just not interested in boutique, prefer passive electronics.

Thanks for looking!
Brendan

Crap ... GAS has struck!

Any pics of the back? Larger ones would be good too.

Any interest in a 1992 stingray 2 band fretless ? Trans teal, birdseye neck, pau ferro. black pg. bridge mutes. its boost only so if you turn down the eq knobs its passive equivalent. I would add cash.

Comes with a tkl hard case, in excellent condition. Weight is right under 9lbs, it's really easy to wear on those long gigs.
