|  | Registered User | | | | | If you look at Tom's website it would suggest that the pickup's have been changed twice. The ones in the pictures above are not the same as the ones on Tom's website AND the OP claims they have been swamped again to Bart's. |

Sorry if I didn't make that clear. For what a I wanted tonally, the Barts were perfect. Heck, they ARE perfect. This bass certainly is not being sold because I don't like the tone.

The plan as of now, is to order another Clement down the line that will be absolutely perfect. I can't really see myself going with any other builder for a fretless at this point.
