So I bought this bass from a local earlier this year and let me tell you what.....she's brilliant!!!! Not sure what year she was made, but I think somewhere around 2000. She's a beautiful cherryburst with a natural ninding around the body, gorgeous birdseye fingerboard and jazz width nut. Tone for days!!! Just had her set up and frets dressed. Original case is fubard but will serve its purpose.....just ugly, lol. Po said that's how he received it. I'm looking for odd color usa fenders, ebmm's, most 5 strings, pedulla mvp's or whatever...just make an offer. Cash, $1000. Pics to come later this evening. This bass won't dissapoint! A true gem!

I would like to add, I will also trade for any and all pedulla basses. I will also exchange the G&L case for an skb safe case.

Wow! I didn't think there was this many G&L lovers out there! A butt load of pm's responded to, but the "one" has not come across yet! American deluxe p bass would also tickle me fancy!

Oh my...

I have owned a total of five G&Ls since the mid 1980s (L-1000, two L-2000s, ASAT, L-2500). I never tire of looking at them (or playing them). I currently own two L-2000s (just picked up my second one this week) and the the pictures of your L-2000 made me slip into an outright G.A.S. attack which momentarily convinced me I need three L-2000s.

Sanity prevailed, but I wanted to give a free bump for a beautiful instrument.
