FS/FT: USA Peavey G Bass Black Holoflake

Sign in to disble this ad
I bought this 2 weeks ago from another member. Here is the original thread: FS: Peavey G Bass Black Multi Sparkle Mint! I have a 5 string Millenium that I love the sound of and was hoping this would be close enough but its just not what I was looking for. The bass is in great shape with only 4 or 5 small dings. The mark that shows up in the center of the back in the last picture is just a reflection.

What I'm looking for in trade is a 4 string USA Millennium preferably with a d-tuner. I could be intrigued by other 4 string basses as well. Just shoot me a PM with any offers.
$380 shipped CONUS

Modulus Flea Qualtiy at a Working Man's Budget...

Bump for one of the biggest hidden deals in basses.

The finish "makes sense" at audience range...

I'd have to see it and I'd think you would need to add some cash to even up the deal if it was something I was interested in.

I used to own one of these.

It is super light weight, and sounds like a MusicMan, in a way. It's actually very chameleon like. It can sound like many different well known basses. The graphite neck is cool. Go on tour and NEVER worry about warping.

There's my pitch (and bump) for a bargain bass treasure !

Hi Lanis !!!

Hmm. What does this sound like? I have THE bass you are looking for (A USA Peavey Millennium Plus 4)

But, I'm not sure if I REALLY want to put that thing up for trade. I just got it.

See the post above yours. I'd say its got a little less growl than the Millennium. It still has the 18V 3 band EQ but doesn't have the sweepable mids. Where are you located?

Sounds interesting... I'm in NH. Are you nearby?

I guess I'm just looking for a bass that sounds like a Stingray, without paying for a Stingray.

I was going to try and coordinate a visit this weekend and now we just got 8 inches of snow down here (snow all day yesterday form noon till midnight) so I am hunkered down for the day. Maybe I can get out to you sometime this week. Let me know what time and days you are available.

Michael (mb94952) and Timmy (MNAirHead) thanks for the input on this bass.

Lanis

Yeah I heard you guys got dumped on pretty good yesterday. We got about 1/4" here and its all melted already. Its pretty crazy considering you're probably less than an hour away.

As far as a time evenings work best for me.

Looks tasty, but I think I'm gonna have to keep my Millennium.

On the other hand, I DO have some other equipment I would love to trade for this thing.

Any interested in a Fender MIK Jazz Bass with a P-bass neck?

Guitars?
Amps?

Anything?

Thats fine I'm really just looking to sell at this point anyway. I've got a Spector Euro 5 on its way so I'm really trying to thin things out as far as basses go. Not interested in the jazz, mainly looking for cash.

You can alter this to a Millenium preamp

ONe of the basses I'd tour a year and never need a backup (or tuner)
