Traded
This is an absolutely awesome bass that was originally built by the man for the man - Nino. Unfortunately I'm ailed with a horrible case of GAS though. I bought this in hopes of taming my desire to lay hands on a Sadowsky M5-24. While it treated the symptoms for awhile, they've resurfaced as of late.
The Big Singles + Aggie OBP-1 are a great combination. Bass plays great without any issued whatsoever. Big, fat single coil tone but, alas, it's a jazz bass at heart and I've got that territory covered with my Sadowsky MV5.
I'm looking for
$1200 shipped CONUS on this one. According to Nino, this bass would've ran in the $2200 area brand new. Would prefer a transaction in which did not involve a fee for me but, that can be open for discussion.
As for trades, the only thing that comes to mind is my current GAS prescription - Sadowsky M5-24. Certainly that would involve some cash on my end. Not necessarily limited to that but, I can't think of anything else to specifically list. I can tell you this though, I'm not interested in another jazz bass or a precision. A PJ might be considered. Not fond of anything with sub 19mm string spacing but I might could do 18mm. Has to be a 5 string; not looking for 4's, 6's or anything beyond. Outside of that, try me.

I tried to capture the flame on the board; it's really nice. There's a bit of wear on the edges of the bridge where the black has been rubbed off a little. A small finish crack aroud the bottom of the neck pocked - in the finish only. Action on this one is lower than what I typically prefer which is what I'd define as medium-low. The original string retained on the headstock was replaced (long before I became the owner) and there is a spot where a screw hole was filled. Will ship in a Road Runner gig bag unless you'd like to make arrangements for something different. I'd prefer a hard case for shipping but do not have one.
