Does it has lines on the top edge of the neck to help position?

it has the typical single dots at each fret with a double dot at fret 12 and 24.

no, typical for fretless. Fretted basses have the dot between the frets. A fretless has then where the fret would typically be. In an unlined fretless the dots are a marker where the finger should go for that note.

I'm bringing home the German girl.

Somebody please explain my wife it's only a bass not a tall blond chick

PS: it's my 1st fretless and chances are that the unlined fingerboard will make my life difficult.
In that case the baby will go for sale again.

dont let the unlined thing fool you. Itll be a natural transition. And excellent to learn muscle memory techniques.
