PU's are pretty hot, It's actually a well rounded bass in it's tone, it's got rounds on it now and I've never tried flats so no opinion there. if anything it has a pretty prominent low end, not a ton of treble but it's there. If you notice the treble pickup, it's more forward towards the neck and not near the bridge.
Of course playing with a pick will add to the bite and highs. I've demo'd a Epiphone RumbleKat before and it's in the ballpark but not a clone. |

EDIT: Nevermind I figured it out. First time I heard that term. I suffer from GAS with any hobby though. I started photography as a hobby and I already have 2 DSLR bodies and a couple nice lenses. One lens is worth more than the camera bodies.
