FS/FT Yamaha TRB6

Sign in to disble this ad
I tried it for a while, really liked it, but just realized Im a 5er type dude. Here is the original thread: F/S Yamaha TRB 6. Only difference is the bass boost knob is missing. After a failed search for old yamaha knobs, I recently bought one to fit it, but its the wrong size . Has been well taken care of though and sounds like a TRB6 is supposed to. Will ship in gig bag and well packaged box. Im asking $700 plus shipping. Paypal fine.

Any trades would have to be a 5 string jazz of some sort (no MIM fenders). If you have a JO5 sitting around, thats even better. I can add cash for the right deal. Thanks!

Very Nice bass. One of the bassists at my R&B/Funk open mic/jam plays one. (But he still drools over my Smith!) I wish I could handle that big girl. Good luck with the sale!

These are fantastic instruments. Getting my TRB-6 has turned out to be a great thing for me. People are regularly blown away by the extreme authority of the tone. It's just a great axe all around.

I have some really helpful exercises for extended range bassists on video that I have recorded. I am going to try to put one in particular in my sig soon. If you want to play this type of axe you need to "get your grip down" for your fingerboard hand.

This one has a really nice grain, too. Great deal. Snatch this!
