FS: G&L ASAT Semi-Hollowbody

This is a great bass, but it's not getting any playing time, and it's too nice to sit around not getting played. The pictures tell the story. I'd like to get $900, shipped in the CON US.

As I recall, there is one small mark on this bass, but I don't remember exactly where it is. I'll look for it. Overall, it is in excellent condition. The case is solid, though it has some tape and tape residue on it. Not sure why the previous owner put that tape on there... The bass itself looks like it has not seen much, if any, gig time.

Bump from a former ASAT owner. I'd never have given it up if I was still playing long scale instruments...

I'm somewhat new to the G&L game, but an admirer nonetheless. Does this have the same electronics as a L-2000, but in a Tele package?

Also, do the US G&L's have different (better?) preamps than the Indonesian Trib's?

I believe that it is the same electronics as the L-2000, but I am not familiar with what the differences are between the USA and Indonesian preamps.

I had and JUST sold my ASAT semihollow fretless.
Sad to let it go...Loved that bass...
But a EBMM Dargie was calling my name...GAS pains

The electronics where the same on my ASAT as on my L-2000 US.
Both are amazing!
I know nothing about tributes...But if you ask the question over on the G&L club thread, I am SURE the guys at the Club will have all the answers.

I put the tape on that case because the feet caved into the case and I was tired of it falling over when I would set the case down. I kinda miss that bass...
