Folks, putting this in a shiny new thread for clarity's sake. I'm cleaning house of a bunch of axes that don't get the love they deserve, but now I'm down to one bass to sell so she gets her own thread. More pics can be found at my Picasa page
I'm selling my sweet, epic fretless L2k of awesomeness for $899 shipped in the CONUS. Holidays are long gone, and the Credit Card companies are wanting blood, so onto the block my last fretless goes.
The bass has a blueburst finish on flame-maple top with wood binding, gunoil-tint Jazz neck, figured ebony fingerboard, matching blue headstock, and gold hardware. Comes with original G&L hardshell case, and is currently strung with TI Jazz Flats, which gives it tons of 'mwah' and growl on the ebony fingerboard.
The price include shipping in the CONUS, and I am open to reasonable offers. I'm not a fan of PayPal, so payment will have to be via bank check/money order/cash in person/etc. If you've got a REAL good reputation on TB, I'll take a personal check but we'll have to wait for it to clear before shipping. The bass is in EXCELLENT condition with minimal playing wear, and it goes without saying that it is 100% gig-worthy with no issues. I also offer a 7-day trial period starting from the time the axe is delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it within that period, you can return it to me minus the cost of shipping.
Trade-bait: I'm not really on the market for anything right now, but I'd be moved by an offer for the right Nordy VJ5 or high-end hollowbody jazz guitar (plus cash, of course). I'm also a big fan of G&L ASATs with rosewood/ebony necks...

I like your honest 7 day trial period, that is rare these days and I admire your sincerity.
Best of luck, big love to G&L |

When was the last time you had it setup?
I'm interested. |

The current setup on it is about 6 months old, and she still plays like a dream. I did a holiday jazz party with her in December, everything was working as expected. |

Seriously that is a gorgeous ax and I wish it was mine.
