Up for sale is a practically new G&L M-2500 5 string.
I've only had it for about 2 months or so.
It's in great shape! I only pulled the plastic off of the back plates this week.
This bass sounds sweet.
It's even been modded with the K-switch. So it now has a series, single coil, parallel switch for each pickup.
Adding this switch made me realize that I'm just a single coil guy at heart.
The only thing I want to mention is that I noticed two small impressions on the neck. They were there when I opened the box, but didn't bother me enough to exchange it.
One is at the 6th fret, the other at the 11th fret. They are shallow and are where the rosewood meets the maple on the bass side of the neck.
I tried to photograph them, but won't show up. Of course they don't affect playability whatsoever. I just wanted to mention it for full disclosure.
$575 shipped to the 48 US with a Protec gigbag. (One pocket zipper doesn't quite work, but the bag itself is fine.)
