First is a well played G&L SB-1. It was built in 1994 and is in great functional condition. The body is finished in G&L's beautiful Emerald Blue metallic, it's a really nice teal color - one of my fave G&L finishes. The neck is P width (1.75" wide) and has a nice rosewood fingerboard that could use a bit of cleaning. It's the classic 3 bolt neck and has a nice round back contour. Frets have just a touch of wear, looks like it had flats most of it's life but it's wearing nickel round strings right now. The body, neck and pickguard have minor scratches and dings - too many to go through one by one. Nothing major I could see, it plays and feels great. If you're looking for a new SB-1 this isn't for you but if you want one that's been played, has lots of years left, and you don't care about some minor cosmetic damage, this might be the one. Weight is nice at 8.9 lbs, comes in a clean black tolex hardcase. The finish color is really washed out in this pic, it's darker and more teal colored.

This is an as-new Music Man Bongo with the single H pickup. The body and neck finish are my favorite current MM color - Sterling Silver metallic. This finish is stunning - it just glows. The finish has no flaws anywhere, the frets are clean, and the pickguard still has the plastic on it. This bass is 8.2 lbs, it's very hard to find a MusicMan this lightweight. Comes in a clean limited edition MusicMan brown tolex hardcase with an interior that's fitted perfectly to the Bongo shape.
