I've decided to sell one of every bass that I have two of, so here's one of my SB2's up for sale. It's a US made natural finish, tortoise guard, rosewood board, serial number 50103. I'm not sure how old it is, it's a six bolter, so fairly recent. Includes the hardshell G&L case in excellent condition.
Weighs a little over 9 pounds, so not a lightweight. It's in absolutely beautiful condition, looks like it could be new, lovely grain. Growls like every SB2 should! (Pardon the glare in the pictures, it was hard to not get a reflection.)
Asking $800 shipped. SOLD!

Gary is a great guy to deal with. I bought an SB2 Trib off him...one of the best basses I own!
If I could just talk you into selling your sunburst SB2 Trib...
Take care, Gary!

I hope...Gary...please?

If I ever decide to move the Tribby, she's yours. That's my practice workhorse now, the natural one I'm selling is just too pretty for me to take out much...I'm afraid I'll ding it! |

I dig the natural SB2 also. I already have a natural G&L so I won't be going for it, though. But it is sure is beautiful! Someone is going to get lucky!
I was truly amazed at the tone of the SB2. I think SB2s are the most underrated basses in the bassdom.

The controls are vol\vol? No tone? |
