Well guys, the purchase of some recording gear, the completely unexpected purchase of a Mike Lull T4 and my son breaking his leg (med bills) mean I could really stand to thin the herd out.
G&L US JB Fretless
I got this in a trade and it is a beautiful bass. The G&L US stuff is really superb. This one has a lined ebony neck which I believe required a custom order. At least, that isn't in the spec on the website. The bass is essentially new in that it has no wear and looks like it arrived new yesterday. You'll see in the pics that there isn't any wear on the neck, rash on the back, etc. Plays great (however, I don't play fretless great so that is why this is on the chopping block). It comes with the OHSC and the pickup cover which has never been mounted. Fullerton Red (basically Dakota Red) with matching headstock is stunning in person.
TOO LATE, SOLD!!
Also up for sale is a bass I just bought brand new from Jive Sound only 2 months or so ago. However, that Lull purchase is making me look to move something. This is a Lakland Skyline 44-64 Custom in the 2011 Limited Edition Inca Silver color with matching headstock. It is basically classic P tone with a really comfortable bound and blocked jazz neck. I did string it up with a set of Sadowsky flats.
The bass did not come with a case, but I have an older Fender Precision hardshell case I'll ship it in for protection.
I'll admit I'm on the fence selling this, so I could pull it. Just letting you know.
TOO LATE - SOLD!!!

In the meantime, I found my email from Jive Sound. The 44-64 is 8.8 #. The G&L feels similar, but I'll try to weigh it tomorrow.

somewhere around 9-9.5 lbs. | I'm really interested in a 5 string, but weight is a huge factor for me with my surgically repaired neck. This isn't heavy, but it is on the heavy side for me. I'm also looking for a thinner nut width. Thanks for the offer! Great looking bass.
