This G&L USA L-2000 4-string bass was bought brand new in 2004 as a birthday present for my wife. She is very petite and prefers her other smaller basses, so this instrument has only been played for a few hours. This instrument is 100% stock, has never left home, and has been stored in its hardshell case in a smoke-free home. It is in near-mint condition, with only a few minor cosmetic blemishes as listed below and outlined in the pictures. There is no fret wear whatsoever, and the plastic protector is still on the control cavity cover.
This is a USA model, not the cheaper Tribute import model made in Indonesia or Korea. $950 shipped to the CONUS
. Check, U.S. Postal money order, bank-to-bank wire transfer, PayPal. Need to sell, so not interested in any trades.

Cosmetic blemishes (see photos):
- Two minor indentations on the back of the neck behind the 4th and 8th frets. The neck finish is not chipped in any way. Barely noticeable, and can probably be steamed out, if desired.
- Minor ding next to the input jack.
- Minor ding on the back near the bottom strap button.
- Minor ding on the back, at the top of the belly contour.
Other than these blemishes, the condition is as-new.
