I am sellig a "semi-custom" Fender Geddy Lee "Tribute" bass. All parts are new or have been reconditioned.
The body has a few scratches but nothing bad. The scratches can be buffed out but I think they really give the bass some character. The pickups and electronics have been rewired with new pots and all new wiring including new tone capacitor.
The neck is a "Made in Japan" Fender OLP neck built to "Jazz specs". The frets have been given the "Pro-treatment including levelling, crowning, dressing and polishing. Head stock has been re-shaped and refinished in High Gloss Polyurethane. The back of the neck has been sanded and refinished in Sam Maloof's Oil/Poly blend.
I have also added a BA II bridge and Fender "Vintage" style string Tuners.
Note: pickups are in the 60's era possition.
This bass plays as good if not better than the original in new condition. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!!
I'm asking for $279 for the bass alone. Or I'll include an Original Fender gig bag for an extra $50 or a Brand new MONO M80 gig bag for an extra $100. Prices do not include shipping.
