Well, The custom build completion date is growing closer, and I'd like to raise some funds! Here's a late model, ('81) Gibson grabber. It's got an alder body and is in really great shape with some minor dings, but otherwise completely functional. Comes with a nonoriginal, but really cool teardrop gatorskin hardcase. I'll get some more/ better pictures up time premitting. $950 out the door. No trade offers please.

Here's some quick pictures that I took of the bass earlier today. I would have probably taken some better images if I hadn't spent so much time playing it!

Hey, ctufankjian
Your serial number seems like 1978 year. Check it out.
Anyway, I got 2 grabbers and it's great model in Gibson bass line.
Wish I have some fund.
Let me know if you feel interested in Trading with Barely New Stingray Natural.

Turns out that it is a 78!!! Thanks for the heads-up, I was so intrigued by your comment that I just had to pop the neck off and check it out.

Oh did you open the neck ? kekekek. show me some photo of the neck pocket. hahha.
Mine was bought at Gibson shop 20 years ago, by my mother as bday gift, but never open the neck, although I open my custom fender neck every a few years. haha.

How is the neck on this ? Any dead spots/tuning issues ? Notable repairs ? Really interested, still awaiting some cash before I can consider.
