SOLD! Gibson SG Supreme Limited Edition

SOLD!!

Sadly, I'm forced to sell the prize of my collection: A 2007 Gibson SG Supreme 4-string Short Scale bass, Limited Edition in better-than-Mint condition with a Gibson hardshell case.

I'm asking $1,250 shipped in the US.

This is #137 of only 400 made. These basses were discontinued this year and there are not many available. I hate to get rid of it, but it's not seeing much playing time and it needs a good home. I'm selling this with a Gibson hardshell case (with white plush interior, a favorite of cats the world over!), also in mint condition. It's got the Gibson logo on the front, all the latches work perfectly. The key is included.

According to Gibson, the classic dual-pickup, short scale, SG bass, has been updated with a beautiful AAA flame maple top and natural satin finish. With a slim neck for effortless playability, the SG Supreme AAA Maple bass is fast, powerful, and beautiful. A vintage-style TB Plus bass humbucker neck pickup coupled with a bass Mini-humbucker at the bridge delivers trademark tone. A real stunner.

Boy, they are not kidding. This baby rocks. And it looks great doing it. It plays like a dream, with a slim, fast neck. It's got the balls of the classic Gibson SG basses. The Maple top adds a little bit extra brightness, for a unique sound.

This Gibson SG Supreme features:
  • AAA maple top
  • Mahogany back
  • Rounded profile Mahogany neck
  • Rosewood fingerboard
  • Set Neck
  • 30.5" scale
  • 20 frets
  • 1.695" nut width
  • Trapezoid inlays
  • Chrome hardware
  • 3-way adjustable bridge
  • Schaller tuners
  • Vintage-style TB Plus bass humbucker neck pickup
  • Bass Mini-humbucker bridge humbucker
  • Two volume, one tone control
The SG Supreme was the first release in Gibson's "Guitar of the Week" program back in 2007. It was introduced January 23, 2007. Only 400 were made. They were discontinued earlier this year. These Gibsons are made in Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

This baby is not only beautiful, but probably will be worth something someday. Everything is in better-than-Mint condition. It's all original and was only played a few times at practice. You will not be disappointed with this Gibson SG Supreme.

Again, I'm asking $1,250 shipped in the US.

PM me for more info or additional photos.

I'm not looking for trades, so please don't PM me with any.

Thanks.
