This is a stunning example of a Starfire, and a chance to own a rare bird - as only 11 of these were made in the New Hartford, CT factory.
These basses are incredibly well built and sound phenominal. I was initially (and still am) surprised at the variety of tones you can get from the bass. Monstrous tone. Really: monstrous.
