FS: Guild Starfire II Hollowbody Bass

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm probably going to hate myself for this in the morning but, I'm selling my Guild Starfire II Hollowbody Bass. Late 90's model made in Westerly, Rhode Island. 30-3/4 inch scale length. This bass is in mint condition and has been very well cared for and comes with the original hard shell case (also in excellent condition).

*****SOLD***************

Sorry about all the fingerprints and the poorish photo quality!

Tone?

How does the tone compare to a 60's Gibson EB-2?

Dang, that'd go nicely with my Starfire IV guitar... but I'm not working, so this is just a bump.

Never played an EB-2 so I can't give you a comparison but I will say that it has a unique, full woody vibe. I had a Lakland HB for a while and I really prefered the Guild tone.
