FS - Hagstrom HBII vintage short scale

I have 2 of these basses and need to raise some cash, so I'm selling my nicer one.

These basses have great, big and fat sounding single coil pickups. I'm surprised they're not talked about more often. It's short scale and has what has to be the skinniest neck known. I just had this bass gone over and setup and strung with D'Addarrio roundwounds. It plays and sounds great. I'm not sure why, but it doesn't seem to have the typical single coil hum that other jazz type basses have. A hard case is included.

It has an older refin (looks pro) that has mellowed nicely and looks vintage.

$375 shipped stateside and payment via PayPal.

Sorry, no trades.

Thanks!

How's the action and weight by the way? Haggies are usually pretty light.

i'd say the action is at medium low, which is where i like it.

i don't have a scale, but it's silly light weight. my jazz is about 8.5 lbs and this feels way lighter.
