FS: Hanewinckel 5-string fretted bolt-on

Massive Quilt top!!! 5-string custom/boutique fretted bass from Hanewinkel (his site is at www dot hguitars dot com). It's in good+ condition - used as my primary bass from 2004, when I bought it new, to about 2006 - I haven't played it in about 5 years, so I'm offering it for sale. Great bass, but I've moved to a humbucker-type bass (EBMM). Nimbus body style (to the best of my knowledge). Comes with original gig bag (all Hane's basses come with gig bags, as standard). This bass was over $2,400 new, but I'm offering this bass for $1,350 shipped CONUS and PPed. If local pickup (Stanley, VA), I'll take $1,200 cash. No trades, please.

It's all I can do to resist pulling the trigger on this. What's the weight and where the heck is Stanley, VA?

Riis
Virginia Beach...probably nowhere near Stanley

Ha Ha! Riis, I thought about you when I first saw this one. Still have the white one?

Hanewinkel

Used Hannies are some of the best bargains out there.
Don't worry - these basses are great

Scale length, string spacing at nut and bridge, and a rundown of the electronics, please?

Weight, if you know it, also.

Thanks.

to all.....

Stanley, VA is near Luray, VA or a bit farther from Harrisonburg, VA.

How do I measure the string spacing? At the nut, it feels like my Carvin. At the bridge, it's wider than any of my other basses. However, I've tried basses with wider spacing. This bass is PERFECT for thumb/slap style due to the bit wider spacing.....

Weight is 9lbs, exactly.

Electronics are Barts, soapbars. Volume, Pickup blend/mix, Hi, mid, low.

Measure, center-to-center, from the middle of the B-string to the middle of the G, at the nut and then just in front of the bridge saddles. If you want to know the string spacing string-to-string, then divide by one less than the number of strings you have (on a five-string, divide by 4).

For scale length, you can measure from the nut to the 12th fret, then multiply by two.

Is this bass still around?
