FS: Ibanez BTB575 w/Bartolini MK2 pups

I've had this bass for about 6 months, only used in a couple practices and at home a few times. Bought it with a two small blemishes on the side of the neck that do not effect its playability in any way. You can hardly tell they are there.

Otherwise, split bridge, cable lock, active bart electronics with MK2 Bart pickups. Neck through construction. Grey finish with visible wood grain. Sounds awesome and built solid. (looking for a Lakland)

I have a random question bump...

I have to ask...what's the deal with the apparent string height on the shot of the neck? Were you holding the strings up? Am I looking at an optical illusion?

I had the same question. Seemed awful high.

The strings are actually set pretty close to the fretboard. I'm not sure why that photo looks that way!

I was really zoomed in on it and the frets are close together (9th fret), so maybe that makes the strings look further away than they are in comparison to the fret spacing. I should have put a quarter in for reference. I was just trying to show the only flaws of the bass which are the two little marks on the neck.

Definitely an optical illusion, though. Strings are set low from Ibanez. Thanks for asking!
