I have an Ibanez BTB575FM 5 string bass in Blue Moon finish in Excellent, like new condition (plastic is still on the control cavity and battery cavity covers). I purchased it in October (I'm the original owner) and swapped out the stock preamp with an Aguilar OBP-3 3-band preamp.
The bass specs are:
- Deep cutaways give access to every fret
- 35 inch maple/bubinga thru-neck
- Mahogany body and figured maple top
- Mono-Rail II bridges provide massive stability
- Bartolini MK2-5 pickups
The OBP-3 specs are:
- Bass control: plus/minus 18 dB @ 40 Hz.
- Mid control: plus/minus 16 dB @ 400Hz or 800 Hz. User selectable frequency center. (push/pull pot installed)
- Treble control: plus/minus 16 dB @ 6.5 KHz.
- Active/Passive push/pull volume pot
- 18 volt operation
The Aguilar preamp amp makes this bass sound huge with the stock Bart pickups. Plays great and has a great feel but it's just not my 'cup of tea'. I'm just a EB MM Stingray guy.
SOLD
Here's a stock pick for now. I'll get some actual pics up shortly. The finish definitely looks much better in person than in the stock pic.
PM me if interested.
Thanks!!!!
