While I don’t have a lot of basses, it’s time to thin the herd. I’m finding that I’m playing my Tobias full time so this is the instrument that drew the short straw. It’s in mint condition. I gigged with it for about a year and it’s been hanging at the house since. I used it in a praise and worship setting so it’s never been in a smoky setting. The guy I bought it from had used it for a couple of studio sessions before selling it so it’s been very pampered. No marks; no dings. It plays great and sounds great… I’ve got the hard shell case and the case candy with it.
This is a FS transaction only… I’m not looking for another bass.
Please write if you have any questions or want more pics. Be glad to provide…

I'll take the blame, though... I meant to have this posted a couple of weeks ago but the job kept getting in the way of my fun stuff...

I never liked the necks enough to plug one in... just never felt right to my hands. Thanks for the question...

Think poor man Ken Smith.
Both incredible instruments for the price they ask. At 650 it is a steal. |

I personally like the thinner SR neck a lot better than the Schector. I also think that this particular bass is much better overall construction than any of the Schector's that I've ever played... I realize that statement is completely my opinion so I may get a rise out a few people over that one. Street price was around $1300 when it was new... I think I've priced it fairly.

I could be tempted with some gear though... not looking for an amp/combo but possibly some pedals, etc. I play guitar (acoustic and electric) as well so I am not limited to bass only gear. I'm willing to negotiate...
