I'm thinning the herd and have to sell my Ibanez SR900 Bass Guitar. This is, quite simply, one of the best and most versatile basses I have ever owned. It has served me well and I hate to sell it - but I've got too many basses that aren't getting played, including this one, so it should go to a new home. This bass has a wonderful sound, is easy to play and is very light - so your back isn't killing you after a few hours of playing. It's also a neck through/string through design. The Bartolini pick-ups are a wonderful addition to the sound. Both the pick-ups and 9volt EQ function properly and the neck is straight and true. I recently set-up and intonated this bass with a low, quick action. The bass is also sporting fairly new elixer strings that have plenty of life left in them.
The bass does have some blemishes from being loved - but they are only cosmetic and mostly undetectable. A form fitting case made specifically by Ibanez for this instrument and dunlop strap locks are also included.
If you're thinking about getting an Ibanez SR - then this one is for you.

Here are specs from Musician's Friend.
An incredibly well-crafted and equipped bass for its price. A slim, fast SR4 neck extends through the figured maple body for enhanced sustain. The rosewood fretboard has medium frets and oval abalone markers. The Accu-Cast B20 bridge offers easier string changes, single-screw saddle and height adjustment, and improved stability. Its 2 Bartolini MK1s integrate prefectly with the active 3-band EQ. The SR900 will excel in any style of music.
