And yet another casualty of my WBA (Warmoth Build Addiction) and one that I will likely regret as these "non-Strat output" models are getting harder and harder to find.
Beautifully bound CiJ Fender Aerodyne Jazz with the sought after standard Jazz electronics configuration ("non-Strat" output jack). The black w/ cream binding, recessed bridge, and bass & treble side contours really set this bass apart from the pack. The CiJ fit and finish are superb and it weighs in at an extremely comfy 8 1/2 lbs!
If you're looking for a museum piece, keep looking. This is a player and a workhorse and was utilized as such. It's got some road wear that is completely detailed in the pics below. Most of the light stuff should buff out without a problem. With that said, it's gloss black! Bad news with that is up close, it shows every little scar. Good news is, back away and all you see is SEX!
Other than that, the action is low, the neck relief and intonation is dialed in perfectly. Strung with fresh EB Regular Slinkies. This plays like butter and sounds thunderous. P-Bass rumble with the versatility and comfyness of a Jazz all wrapped up in stunning aethetics!!!!!!
Comes with the equally rare and super form-fitting molded Fender Red-Label "Machine-Gun" case.
$600 shipped ConUS, or best reasonable offer!
Only trades I'd be interested in at the mo would be Fender/Warmoth/etc P bodies and/or Status/Warmoth/Fender/etc J necks.
