SOLD!
Thinning out more dust collectors. Here we have a 1988/89 MIJ Kawai KRB-105 with a graphite neck, phenolic fingerboard and the now copyrighted 3+1 headstock layout like the EBMM basses. It has EMG P/J pickups with passive tone control. I can include the original Schaller pickups and pots so you can take it back passive if you want, or I can put her back to passive by request. The bass has Dunlop Straplocks like all of my basses. I had to replace the G string tuner and decided to fit a treble side tuner to replace the bass side tuner that Kawai put on theses basses so there is a small screw hole I never got around to epoxying in. The bass is very light about 7.5 pounds on my bathroom scale. The graphite neck has no truss rod, so the neck relief is fixed. I call it medium low action and can be compensated via neck shimming and saddle adjustment The case is an SKB type with all of the latches working, it isn't pretty but does it's job. Asking $325 shipped continental U.S. only. PM with any questions.
Cheers,
Mike B.

Reason: Bass is sold.
Lower price for the Bass with the EMG's and case only. I am keeping the Schaller pickups and controls for possible use in a bass I plan to put together.
