SOLD
This is an absolutely killer bass that I am only moving because I'm changing my direction back to five string jazz style basses. It's a top of the top of the line Ken Smith Elite, with cocobolo top and back which is extremely rare. This Smith is in great condition, it's been played, but has been taken care of and has no wear that is out of the ordinary. The neck on it is excellent - I'm not a six string player at ALL but I've been able to adjust to using this one with no problem for the last 6 months or so. Here's the details:
Built in 2001
5 piece body
Cocobolo top and back
Walnut core with maple laminates
Maple/walnut neck
Macassar Ebony fretboard
Series/parallel switches
Hand rubbed high gloss finish
Comes with Ken Smith HSC
Here's a few quick pics from my iphone, I'll update the thread with real camera pics within the next day:
This bass would easily be valued at around $3900. I need to sell mine to place an order for a new Alleva-Coppola, so I'll let it go for $3300, shipped, packed extra safe and insured to anywhere in the 48 US states. No interest in trades. Paypal e-check preferred.

Good luck with the sale.
Even in this economy, at this price a bass this nice can't last long.
