A super nice Precision style bass assembled by Ken Lawrence from super parts (Ken Lawrence and Wildwood are located in the same location in CA). The instrument sports a 1 5/8" nut width Allparts neck, maple/ebony, Gotoh gears, excellent frets. The body is a Wildwood Guitars swamp ash and lightweight as the bass weighs around 8.4 pounds. Wildwood Guitars does not sell directly to the public and supplies high end manufacturers like Sadowsky among others. Seymour Duncan Basslines P pickup. Super fine, clean condition. TKL hardcase included. It all translates to a high end package well worth my asking price. If you want a Sadowsky but can not afford it- get this bass and an outboard. Super well rounded sound with DEEP bottom and, guaranteed to PART HAIR at 50 feet (just like the old Ampeg ad!). I can guarantee to get it to you unharmed (years of packing items for shipping for a living). Inquire about more information or photos. Well... It came from a consignment sale at Bass NW. It has an expert assembly as evidenced by the brass nut and the fit and finish. Although not personally substantiated by me, both Wildwood and Ken Lawrence are in Arcata, CA. so- not particularly far fetched as far as possibilities. I've purchased both the A Bass (Albey Balgochian) that I had and a Pensa-Suhr (Koa, like Victor Bailey's) from Bass NW and have had good experiences with them. Killer bass that smokes almost all the off the rack jobs out there. Plus, I live within a few miles of one of the leading dealers of Roscoe Basses and, perhaps, a top Suhr dealer as well- Rocket Music in Blacksburg, VA.
