Up for grabs, an almost one-of-a-kind handmade Mike Kinal p-bass with the following specifications:

• Solid alder body. No fancy veneers or tone-sucking glue, just pure lightweight tone wood.
• Gorgeous flame maple neck with the thickest brazilian rosewood fingerboard I've ever seen.
• Bartolini CB pickup.
• Bartolini two-band nine-volt preamp that boosts or cuts bass and treble. I like it set at centre detent ;-)
• Three ebony knobs.
• Hipshot B bridge with string-through body option.
• Hipshot tuners.
• Bass weighs 7 5/8 lb on my bathroom scale. Lightest and most balanced bass I've ever played.
• Strung w TI Jazz Flats but comes alive w rounds.

Caveat
This bass has been played. The only signs of wear are slight thumb depressions either side of the pickup.

Price
$1300 PayPal, includes shipping to Canada and the US plus a Ritter gig bag.

Replied to PMs.
As requested, neck width at nut = 1 5/8".
Neck is very flat and maple has amazing flame pattern.
Pics available by request.
Cheers!
