For sale is a wonderful piece of artwork. It's a Brooklyn Spector made in 1986 under kramers takeover.
I've checked with PJ over at Spector and he has confirmed that it was one of the last true Brooklyn made ns2 and a fretless!
The bass is in great condition for its age. It had an ohsc that says Kramer/Spector. The case is beat but still works.
The bass has an unlined board which it sported flats most of its life. I am the 3rd owner of this bass.
The bridge tuner and nuts have some tarnish. I'm sure most can be cleaned off but the bridge has minor checking in the finish.
The finish on the neck is slightly turning yellow where your thumb would be sliding.
The bass has the original 9v haz circuit/ with original emg pickups. Schaller tuners and strap locks.
It's a wonderful bass but I can't justify this beauty for my fretless needs. I rather have a similar fretted bass which I am open to trade offers.
Just bought a fender jazz fretless that covers my needs.
I'm looking to trade for a wenge neck Warwick streamer stage 2 4 string. No stage 1 unless it's a brand new wenge neck model =)
I would trade this for my old 88' cherry/wenge streamer bass.
I'll listen to other offers.
Cash price will be $2200.00 shipped
