FS - Kubicki ex-factor bass

this is a tough call but i need to sell my kubicki ex-factor bass.the serial number dates this bass to 12/88 (pre-fender). 32" scale - drop 'd' tuning. i got this bass from a fellow TBer who had de-fretted it. i took it to my guy in long beach and he did an outstanding job on the re-fret. all the electronics work great and the bass comes with a new set of blue steels. this bass roars!! i just can't get used to the 32" scale. plus i have a broken down truck on the side of the road that needs help.
the only trade i would consider would be a 'roadworn' fender jazz bass & cash.
bass will ship in a gig bag but i will take it to UPS and have it packed by the pros.

an after the holidays bump. so some reason there seem to be a bunch of these out there right now.
i'll drop to $1350 shipped and i'll also look at trade offers. the perfect trade would be a red 'road worn' jazz bass and $500.
but i'll look at anything, well - 4 string 34" scale anything.
