For sale is a 1989 (pre-fender according to Brian Barrett @ Low End bass shop)Kubicki Ex Factor Bass guitar. It is in really good shape . It has some slight checking on the top that will not show up in pictures and a very small piece of paint missing around the neck joint area. HAS 18 VOLT ELECTRONICS. Recently had the bridge reworked by Kubicki. I just had it set up by my tech. String action is low and everything works as it should. $1395.00 PRICE REDUCTION!!!!!!!!!

The one thing that keeps me from getting one of these (or other headless/headless-ish basses) is that I can't hang 'em on my slatwall hangers I'm so in love with. I don't intend to hijack the thread, but is there a solution for that ? Besides a stand on the floor, obviously...

They do make slat wall hangers for guitars that hold the it in a semi-horizontal position. The body is cradled much like a floor stand. http://www.grabcart.com/product/home...-guitar-hanger

Few are not happy.
Those that are, wish Phil made the ex factor with 5 strings.
Very comfy and should suit any style or technique.
I was not equally impressed with the same instrument with a fretless, but the fretted basses with that nice 1/16 maple neck are really good.
