Ok, this bass is REALLY REALLY GREAT (9lbs), has been PLEK'd at the Chicago factory this past February w/very low action, no marks, no gashes, some slight minor swirling...

...but I've got GAS and need to move it, or my Spector Euro. Whichever goes first. Not really interested in trades, but if I was, it would be strictly 5 strings, 35" scale, fretted or fretless instruments, possibility of cash on my end.
$900. firm, shipped CONUS. Would prefer check or money order.

Comes with HSC.

ooooo....that IS a sweet looking bass!

for those of you who have not played a PLEk'd bass, they are really nice and allow for low action!

....and 9 lbs? that is light for a 55-02!

Thanks man! Yeah, I'm a bit of an oaf at 275 lbs and 6' 5", so, light or heavy doesn't make much difference to me, even for a 3 hour gig. But other basses tend to feel like anchors next to this one.

Added one more pic, full length.

Gorgeous! I sold an identical bass over three years ago and STILL miss it enough to keep it in my display image. If it was a 34" I never would have sold it.

Whoever takes it is getting a great bass!

It's an '08, and it was sent to the Chicago factory and PLEK'd this past February. Fresh set of DR Low-Riders. Heck, I might even throw in a 6-pack of 90 minute Dogfish Head Ale.

I agree, and I dont even like IPA's. There's supposedly a 120 minute ale ... the mind boggles....

No such thing. I'm enjoying a hefeweizen as I type, see?

Have a few yourself, and begin repeating after me, like a matra, "Lakland, Lakland, I need a Lakland. Must have Lakland."

HA! I'd love to put down a frosty hefeweizen right now. That one looks like it needs an orange in it. But I'll have to wait until 5 when I get outta work for the day.

as for the mantra... I've used that one before. But right now I'm sticking to "need to sell basses to buy basses. need to sell basses to buy basses"
