I'm selling my 2009 Black Sparkle Lakland DJ5 due to a once in a blue moon chance at a Dingwall.
Specs:
Ash body
Maple Neck/Fretboard
3 pickguards: Original White, Jeannie's Antique Pearl ($56), and Jeannie's Black Pearl ($56)
Inset straplocks
Audere JZ3 preamp
9.6 lbs
Will ship in a gray Roscoe gigbag ($150).
This is one heck of a bass. The action is incredibly low with no fret buzz, the balance is prefect, and the tone is out of this world. The upgrades really put it over the top.
The only and I mean ONLY reason this is up for sale is to free up funds to purchase the Dingwall. I am not looking for any trades and my price is firm. Price lowered - $1200 shipped (fee free payment)

You can't get a better bass at $1250 IMO. These basses will only increase in value as they become harder and harder to find. |

I'm trying to figure out what I have left to sell. I just about sold all of my basses to get the Warrior. Crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

You can hear how well this sits in a mix. |
